Name, email address, organisation (optional), and message content submitted via the contact form on this website. We do not use client-side analytics or tracking cookies. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamp) are collected automatically by our hosting provider.

Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — specifically, our interest in responding to business enquiries directed to us. Where you voluntarily submit the contact form, this also constitutes consent under Art. 6(1)(a).

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up, then deleted. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. The following processors handle data on our behalf:

• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and server logs

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Commission nationale pour la protection des données), Luxembourg’s supervisory authority.
